Is data saved?

If you access our site via a link from an advertising partner, this information will be saved in a cookie for commission purposes. We do not save any other data. If you wish to display your own data, you must register on the site.

What data is required for registration?

A user name (self allocated), a password (self allocated) and a valid e-mail address. Other data may be provided voluntarily and can be made accessible in part or in full to other users.

Is personal data passed on to third parties?

Are forum comments (events, discussions, information) passed on to third parties?

The site administrators reserve the right to do so. User names will however be used to maintain anonymity. Personal information which should be passed on, should be avoided in posts.

Will any other data be saved?

An IP address and a time stamp will be saved for each legally relevant procedure (Registration, log-in, publicising information, up loading documents). Additional customer and reference numbers will be saved during payment procedures. Saving the user name in a cookie will allow easier log-in procuedures.

Where is data stored and who has access to them?

The data is stored in a webserver belonging to the provider Hosteurope, Germany. This is only accessible to the administrator, his appointed staff and the provider.

Search engines

Search engines regularly visit this site. They search all information available to non registered users provided that is has not been blocked for search engines. The administrator of this site has no influence over the conduct of the search engines or the way in which the information gathered is used.
