We are vey proud to present an international high-energy weekend workshop featuring Hanna & Mattias (S) plus Sinclair Ang from Singapore.

HANNA & MATTIAS:

Mattias and Hanna have been working together for four years. During the late 90´s they joined The Rhythm Hot Shots that later became Harlem Hot Shots. For eight years they have performed and taught all over the world with the group, including numerous appearances at the world famous Herräng Dance Camp. They have been seen in Swedish, German and American television in different commercials and shows. In Lindy hop-competitions they made the finals both in “Hellzapoppin”, New York (2004 and 2005), and in “The Battle”, Stockholm (2006).

Mattias Lundmark began with Swedish folk dancing before he started to dance Lindy hop in 1991. He competed for seven years and came in third place in the Lindy hop world championships 1997. Today he is working as assisting choreographer for the musical “Singing in the rain” in Stockholm.

Hanna Zetterman competed in track and field but switched to Lindy hop 1997. She just graduated from the three-year professional dancers program at Ballet Academy of Stockholm.

SINCLAIR:

Sinclair Ang has been teaching Lindy Hop and other forms of Swing Dancing since 2000, both locally in Singapore, to both adults and kids, and internationally at numerous workshops and camps across Europe, Australia, and Asia over the years.

He has developed a soft technique in partner dancing, what he calls Lindy Tai Chi, the ancient Chinese martial art, now translated into partnership, connection and dance technique. His teaching also emphasises the importance of music in dancing, and focuses on communication between partners in dancing.

He trains and choreographs for several performance groups, and has performed for the stage both locally and around the world. He is no stranger to television in Singapore as well, having choreographed and performed for documentaries and commercials on dance, and featured as a leading artist in his field in a local television series.

Siclair taught a highly succesfull weekend workshop in Copenhagen in 2007, and we are very pleased to be able to welcome him back.

These are some of the best and most fun Lindy hop teachers you are ever going to meet; with very strong roots in Lindy hop in its most original form. Prepare to sweat!
